Language is a system of communication.it can be written,spoken or other thing.
similarly computer language is a method of communication between user and computer or system or machine.
we can say it's a set of instruction for a computer to perform specific task.its also called programming language.
Because computer programing is written by programming language.there are three type of programming language

1.High Level
2.middle Level
3.Low Level

the first high level programming language were designed in the 1950.
Now there are so many high level programming language like Ada,Basic,c,c++,java,c#,python.

Low level programming language directly deals with computer's hardware components and constraints.
